Tell us what you saw.

For the beta, the fastest support channel is built into TestFlight. It includes the app and device details needed to understand a problem without asking you to find them.

Send feedback from TestFlight

  1. Open TestFlight on your iPhone.
  2. Select SpectralCam.
  3. Tap “Send Beta Feedback.”
  4. Describe what happened and what you expected. Add a screenshot when it helps.

If SpectralCam feels hot

Stop recording, close the most demanding Vision layers, and let the iPhone cool out of direct sun. Please report the Vision combination, how long it was running, and whether you were recording 4K or 1080p.

If a capture does not match the preview

Keep both the saved capture and a screenshot of the live preview if practical. Report the active Vision, lens, orientation, and whether you used photo or video.

Gallery safety

Use the ellipsis on a Gallery post to report it or hide its creator. You can remove your own post from the same menu.

Please do not include passwords, private addresses, or other sensitive information in feedback.
